19-Kg LPG commercial cylinder price slashed by Rs 30; Check city-wise rates here

Other oil marketing companies including Indian Oil have given relief on Monday by reducing cylinder prices. This is going to provide relief.

New Delhi: On July 1, oil marketing companies have reduced the price of LPG commercial cylinder (19 kg gas) by Rs 30 per cylinder. From Monday, the price of commercial cylinder in the country’s capital Delhi has increased to Rs 1646. Earlier the price here was Rs 1676. Similarly, this commercial cylinder is available in Kolkata for Rs 1756 from today. Earlier the price in Kolkata was Rs 1787. According to the official website of Indian Oil, the same commercial cylinder is available in Chennai for Rs 1809.50 from today. Earlier its price was Rs 1840.50.

No change in domestic cylinder prices
There has been no change in the price of domestic LPG cylinder on July 1, 2024. It is available at the earlier price of Rs 803 in Delhi, Rs 829 in Kolkata, Rs 802.50 in Mumbai and Rs 818.50 in Chennai. Let us tell you, on June 1, 2023, the price of domestic LPG cylinder in Delhi was Rs 1103. The companies again gave a big relief by announcing a big reduction of Rs 200 on August 30, 2023 and then the price came down to Rs 903. After this, again on March 9, 2024, the companies had reduced its price by Rs 100.

What is the price of kerosene today?
According to the website of Indian Oil, the price of subsidized Kirosil oil is Rs 63.98 per liter in Kolkata on Monday. Delhi has been declared a kerosene free city. Apart from this, the price of one liter kerosene in Mumbai is Rs 60.86, while in Chennai its price is only Rs 15 per liter.
