Agra: In yet another tragic incident, two passengers died and six fell ill in the Patna-Kota Express train going from Patna to Kota in Agra on Sunday. Dehydration is being told as the reason for the death of the passengers. Virendra Singh, assistant commercial manager of Agra Railway Agra Division, said that doctors have found after investigation that patients have died due to dehydration.

While one patient was admitted to SN Medical College.
At the same time, Virendra Singh, assistant commercial manager of Agra Railway Agra Division, told that there was information about the deterioration of the health of patients from Patna Kota Express. After this the team was sent on the spot. 2 passengers have died and 5 passengers are hospitalised. According to the doctor, the cause of death is dehydration.
Prashasti Srivastava, PRO of North Central Railway of Agra division, told the news agency that a call was received on the railway helpline number about passengers falling ill. Passengers were in AC coach. At Agra Cantt railway station, a woman of about 62 years and a man of about 65 years were declared dead by the doctor. 5 Passengers of the same batch are being treated at Agra hospital.
Adding to this she said, cause of death is not known yet. It will confirmed after the autopsy.
