Kawasaki has launched the new Ninja 300 in India at INR 3.37 lakh, ex-showroom. The 2022 Kawasaki Ninja 300 is identical to its predecessor, apart from the new colour schemes and body graphics. Pricing also remains the same as last year’s motorcycle.
Kawasaki Ninja 300 features and specification:
The 2022 Kawasaki Ninja 300 is available in three colours – Lime Green, Candy Lime Green, and Ebony. While the colours are similar to the 2021 iteration, the Candy Lime Green and Ebony paint options now feature newer graphics. The updated graphics are visible on the fairing and the fuel tank. The Lime Green colour, on the other hand, retains graphics similar to the 2021 version.
The mechanical specifications are unaltered and the 2022 Kawasaki Ninja 300 retains the BS6-compliant 296cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine.
The new liveries make the motorcycle look more modern than before. The web like design seen on the fairing of the outgoing model has been replaced with bolder striped pattern. The fully-faired sports bike continues to draw power from a 296 cc liquid-cooled, 4-stroke parallel twin engine that makes 39 PS of power at 11,000 rpm and 26.1 Nm of torque at 10,000 rpm. The motor comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox with assist and slipper clutch.
The suspension setup on the Kawasaki Ninja 300 consists of 37 mm telescopic forks at the front with 120 mm travel, paired with a gas-charged 5-way adjustable monoshock at the back with 132 mm travel. The braking duties are taken care of by a 290 mm petal disc up front and 220 mm petal disc at the back with dual-piston calipers and dual-channel ABS.
The bookings for the 2022 Kawasaki Ninja 300 has opened across India. However, the details about the deliveries are not available yet.
