3 Jaish terrorists killed at J&K’s Tral, operation of security forces continues in the valley

Srinagar: An encounter broke out between security forces and terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Saturday. Jammu and Kashmir Police officials have confirmed this encounter. Meanwhile, the news of the death of three terrorists has come to the fore.

According to the information received from the security forces, three terrorists belonging to the terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) have been killed during this period. However, he has not been identified yet.

Campaign continues in Nagberan

In fact, on receiving information about the presence of terrorists, the security forces launched their search operation, laying siege to a high altitude area in the forest area located in Nagbaeran Tral, South Kashmir. Senior police officials said that the terrorists opened fire on the security forces after which the encounter started. He said that the encounter is still on.

Pakistan’s nefarious act continues

Despite the peaceful completion of the festival of independence in the country, the nefarious acts of Pakistan continue. On August 19, a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) of the Army was martyred in an encounter with terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri on Thursday. A police official said a search operation was launched after security forces received information about the presence of terrorists in Thanamandi area.

Officials have said there is spurt in terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir in the past few months, including the targeting of political leaders and party workers.

Also on Thursday, terrorists barged into the home of Ghulam Hassan Lone, a political worker with the J&K Apni party, and shot him dead.

The BJP, which has little influence in Kashmir, has claimed it has been singled out in these attacks.

On Wednesday, Altaf Thakur, the party’s J&K spokesperson, said that 23 party members had been attacked or killed. This was after Javid Dar, the party’s in-charge for Kulgam district, was shot dead.
