Istanbul: In a tragic incident, So far 6 people have been killed in a blast on a busy road in Istanbul, Turkey. While more than 50 people are said to be seriously injured in this blast. Since the incident, the local police has started investigating the whole matter. Amidst all this, a video related to this blast is also going viral on Twitter. In this video, flames are seen rising with the loud sound of explosion. After this blast, the people present there are seen running away.

According to AFP, the area where the blast took place is surrounded by avenues, shops and restaurants. It is usually crowded, as it is very popular among tourists and locals.
Regarding this incident, the officials of Kasimpasa Police Station said that the incident is being investigated. Till now all aspects are being investigated. Ambulances and fire engines have also been shown at the spot in the footage circulating in the local media.
Only after receiving information about the blast, the local police cordoned off the entire area. Also, on the basis of the footage of CCTV cameras installed nearby, efforts are being made to identify the attackers. After the incident, a large number of security forces have been deployed at the blast site. The police is currently trying to find out who are the people behind this case and nab the accused.
An eyewitness told AFP that I was just 50 to 55 meters away from the blast site when the explosion occurred. After the blast, I saw three to four people lying on the ground. People were running around after getting the news. The sound of the explosion was loud. After the explosion, a plume of black smoke was also seen rising.
