Actor Rajpal Yadav, riding a scooter, hit a student during the shooting of a Hindi film in Katra area of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, in which he was allegedly injured.
UP/Prayagraj: Actor Rajpal Yadav, who was riding a scooter, hit a student during the shooting of a Hindi film in Katra area of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, injuring him allegedly. Regarding the incident, the student has given Tahrir to the Colonelganj police and has accused the film team of misbehaving. The actor has also given a complaint to the police alleging that some people, including the student, tried to disrupt the shoot, which was going on with the permission of the district administration.
According to information, Station House Officer of Colonelganj police station Ram Mohan Rai said that the scooter the actor was riding was old. He said the actor lost control after the clutch coil broke and hit the student. The police officer said that the student did not suffer any injury. However, further probe is on, following which further action will be taken, he added.
According to reports, comedian Rajpal Yadav and his team started the shooting of their upcoming film in the morning near Laxmi Talkies Square. A large number of local people including students gathered at the spot to witness the incident. The team then proceeded towards Bank Road, where Yadav was being filmed riding a scooter.
