Hyderabad: Mazharuddin Khan, a relative of AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi, has passed away. His age was 60 years. Mazhar had a head injury on the right side after which he was admitted to Apollo Hospital in Hyderabad. On reaching here, the doctors declared him dead. A statement has also come out from Apollo Hospital on this matter.
According to sources, Apollo Hospital has said in its statement, “Mazharuddin Khan was brought dead today at 2 pm to the Emergency Department of Apollo Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. He had a wound on the right side of his head. Police has been informed for further investigation.” Apart from this, the statement of the police has also come out on this matter. In which it has been said that it seems that he had shot himself. Along with this, the matter of family dispute is coming to the fore in this matter.
Giving more details on the matter, DCP Joel Davis said, “It appears that Mazharuddin Khan had shot himself 4 hours before he was brought to the hospital. He is carrying a licensed weapon, we will investigate whether the weapon used is the same or not.” No. The body has been sent for postmortem. They had a property and family dispute, investigation is on.”
Who was Mazharuddin Khan?
Actually, he was the father-in-law of Asaduddin’s second daughter and he was a bone doctor by profession. Mazharuddin lived in Banjara Hills area of Hyderabad. According to Times Now, he allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself. Mazhar Ali was the father-in-law of the second daughter of AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi.
On Monday afternoon, the doctor went to his room at his Banjara Hills residence and shot himself with his licensed weapon. Hearing a loud noise in the house, the family members found him lying on the floor covered in blood and took him to the hospital. Later he was declared dead. It is being said that he took this step due to domestic discord, due to which he was troubled for the last several days.
