Air India Express flyer onboard Dubai-Mangaluru flight misbehaves with crew, threatens to jump off

Dubai-Mangaluru flight: Air India Express security coordinator Siddhartha Das filed a complaint against a passenger from Kerala, who was arrested for misbehaving with the crew during a flight from Dubai to Mangaluru. It is also alleged that the person threatened to jump from the plane. Upon landing in Mangaluru, the airport security caught the man and later handed him over to the police.

A senior police officer stated that the flyer’s actions jeopardize others as he threatened to jump from the plane into the sea. The individual in question, identified as Muhammad BC from Kannur, Kerala, was traveling on an Air India Express flight from Dubai to Mangaluru on May 8. He allegedly misbehaved and caused a disturbance during the flight, inconveniencing the other passengers.

After catching him, the airport security team at Mangaluru handed him over to the Bajpe police station with a formal complaint for necessary legal action. Subsequently, the police registered a case against him at Bajpe police station under section 336 of the Indian Penal Code, leading to his arrest.
