Rishikesh: The actress Anushka Sharma and her cricketer husband, Virat Kohli, are in Rishikesh for a spiritual pilgrimage. Following the viral spread of pictures of them from Swami Dayanand Giri’s Ashram on Tuesday, news agency ANI reported about the same. When the pair travels for spiritual purposes, Vamika is frequently spotted with them. Anushka and Virat Kohli in the new photos, they are spotted worshipping at the ashram.
When others at the ashram asked for selfies, Virat also obliged and posed beside them. A few days earlier, they were seen in Vrindavan before they travelled to Rishikesh. Vamika accompanied the pair as they travelled to the ashram of Baba Neem Karoli. They reportedly spent time at the ashram meditating and giving out blankets. Both celebrities are firm believers in Baba Neem Karoli.
The couple visited Swami Dayanand Giri’s Ashram ahead of the Test series against Australia, which will start in Nagpur next month. It will be a four-game Test series, which is likely to confirm the two spots in the World Test Championship.
Anushka is currently busy with her work in the upcoming biopic Chakda Xpress. She was last spotted in the Netflix film Qala last year, in a surprise cameo appearance for the song Ghodey Pe Sawaar. Zero was her last full-length film in 2018, which also starred Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif.
