Lucknow: The technological giant, Apple has been in news, recently, for its refreshed models of iMac, that the makers are planning to launch later this year. This new iMac will not only have more power but a new design that will feature a larger display than the current largest offering by Apple in the iMac lineup.

Similar to Pro Display XDR monitor in design this new variant will sport a larger display, which supposedly mean something around 30-inch or possible more, revealed a credible tipster. He also reaffirmed that the new iMac will be launched sometime this year and will feature a large display.

For the unversed, Apple currently has a 21.5-inch and 27-inch ‌iMac‌ in the series, which makes a larger display mean something around 30-inch or more. The tipster added that the new model will replace the current 27-inch version.

Notably, the upcoming iMac is said to have a similar design as XDR Pro Display, it could also have the same screen size, which is 32-inch. There is also a rumours that the new iMacs will run on Apple’s own silicon (possibly M1X) instead of Intel. The iPhone maker is already said to be internally testing chips with as many as 16 high-performance cores and four efficiency cores.

In addition, macOS Big Sur 11.3 beta also seems to have revealed two new iMac designations – “iMac21,1” and “iMac21,2,” which are clearly new since both don’t match the existing iMac models.
