New Delhi: National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has successfully launched its dream project Artemis-1 mission today. This was NASA’s third attempt. The US space agency tweeted, “We are going. For the first time, the Space launch system rocket and Nasa’s Orion spacecraft fly together. Artemis I begins a new chapter in human lunar exploration.”

The launch of the first mission was canceled twice earlier. Even today, hydrogen was leaking from the rocket, after which the launching was postponed for some time. Engineers at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) never explained the reason for the hydrogen fuel leak. This time this shortcoming was removed.

Today’s day is historical for NASA. There was a continuous launch failing from last two times. For this, NASA increased the time to reduce pressure on the fuel lines and to strengthen the seal, to increase the time. After this it seems that this step is proving to be effective, but the six-hour process was started, the leak of hydrogen started. But some time ago it has been successfully launched. After 1972, now the moon is preparing to send a person.

During the second launch, scientists had detected fuel leakage in the rocket just a few hours before the launch. Even before this, the launch of this rocket was postponed due to fuel leakage and engine failure. For the third time, preparations were made again to send it to the moon but the weather did not cooperate. The mission was not even launched for the third time. That’s why the launching that is happening this time is being called for the third time. By the way, this will be the fourth time.

Under this, the Space Launch System rocket and Orion capsule were to be sent close to the Moon for a 42-day mission. This mission is important for NASA because man is going to return to the moon after 50 years through Artemis. NASA’s Artemis mission aims to send the first woman (First woman and First Person of Colour) to the Moon as early as 2025. “We’re going back to the Moon for scientific discovery, economic benefits, and inspiration… We will collaborate with commercial and international partners and establish the first long-term presence on the Moon,” Nasa illustrated the goal of the mission.
