Bengaluru: In a tragic incident, Mother and her three-year-old son died, while her husband and daughter were injured after an under-construction Metro pillar fell on their two-wheeler in Karnataka’s Bengaluru today.
This accident took place today i.e. Tuesday, January 10 morning in Nagavara area of Bengaluru. At the time when he was passing near the pillar under construction, at the same time the iron pillar fell on him. In this accident, the woman Tejasvini and her three-year-old son were seriously injured. They were rushed to the hospital in a hurry, but both died during treatment.

The woman and her three-year-old son have died in this accident due to the collapse of the metro pillar under construction, while her husband and daughter have suffered injuries. According to official information, when this family was passing through here on a two-wheeler, at the same time the under-construction pillar of the metro fell on them.
Bheemashankar S Guled, DCP East, said “The couple along with their son was heading towards Hebbal. The metro pillar was overloaded and collapsed on the bike. The mother and son were pillion riders. They suffered grievous injuries and were shifted to Altis hospital. They succumbed to the injuries at the hospital. They were identified as Tejasvini and her two-and-a-half-year-old son, Vihaan.”
According to the police, Tejasvini’s husband was driving the bike and she was sitting behind with two children. Police said that both Tejasvini and her husband were wearing helmets. The husband and daughter injured in the accident have been admitted to the hospital for treatment.
