A cultural event was arranged in this program, in which Bhojpuri singer Nisha Upadhyay was to participate. After the arrival of Nisha Upadhyay, the program continued till late night. During this, a young man started firing happily while waving his katta. In Harsh firing, a bullet hit Nisha’s leg, injuring her badly.
After the incident, there was an atmosphere of chaos. Nisha has been admitted to the hospital in Patna in critical condition.
