Punjab: Punjab Police has achieved great success. Ahead of Independence Day, Punjab Police busted Pak-ISI backed terror module with the help of Delhi Police. The Punjab Police has arrested four module members linked to Canada-based Arsh Dalla and Australia-based Gurjant Singh. DGP Punjab said that 3 grenades, 1 IED, two 9 mm pistols and 40 live cartridges have been recovered from the accused.

Ahead of Independence Day, tight security arrangements have been made across Punjab.
Arsh Dalla, an active gangster turned terrorist, is a resident of Moga and now lives in Canada. He has been involved in gangster and terrorist activities for a long time. Punjab Police has already busted several modules of Arsh Dalla and arrested his close associates and recovered IEDs, grenades and other arms and ammunition from them.
Meanwhile, the Anti-Terrorism Squad of UP Police arrested Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terrorist Habibul Islam alias Saifullah from Kanpur. News agency quoted UP ATS as saying that 19-year-old Saifullah used social media platforms like Telegram, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp to stay in touch with persons from across the border.
