Bihar: On Sunday, an official said that two police personnel have died in a collision between a police bus and a truck while returning from election duty in Gopalganj. After receiving information about this incident local people reached on the spot and informed to the police.
According to the information, 12 people have been injured in this incident. The incident happened near Barhima Chowk in Sidhwalia area. Official said that the deceased include bus driver Suresh Oraon and constable Pawan Mahato.
About this incident,SP Swarn Prabhat said that the district police personnel were going to the Lok Sabha election duty in Supaul district by bus. During this time, the bus and the truck collided. In which 2 people died on the spot.
All injured people admitted to Sadar Hospital. According to the information, 242 jawans were going to Supaul from Gopalganj Police Line premises in three buses when this collision happened. After receiving information, a large number of police officers have reached the spot.
