Patna: A fierce fire broke out in an oil godown in Bihar’s capital Patna on Tuesday morning. As soon as the information was received, 12 fire tenders have reached the spot. Efforts are being made to control the fire. It is being told that it is a refined oil godown in the area near Mangal Talab, flames are rising from it. Due to the narrow lane, the fire department personnel had to struggle a lot to reach. At present, there is no news of any casualty.

According to TV reports, the area around the godown is being evacuated. There is an atmosphere of chaos on the spot. It is being told that the fire broke out in the refined oil godown at around 5.15 am on Tuesday. In no time, the fire took a formidable form and the flames were visible from a distance. The cause of the fire has not yet been ascertained.

The godown where the fire broke out is in the building of a transport company. Apart from refined oil, many other items are kept here. There is a possibility of heavy loss due to this.

Let us tell you that the incidents of fire have increased in Bihar for the last few days. Due to the westerly winds, there were incidents of fire in many districts. In the rural areas, the crops of the farmers were burnt to ashes, while people have been left homeless due to the fire in many settlements.
