Bihar News: 14 people arrested so far in NEET paper leak case, mastermind Sikandar suspended

There is an uproar across the country after the results of NEET exam came out in Bihar. Candidates are continuously protesting, alleging that the paper has been leaked and rigged. The matter has reached the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, the police have also made several arrests. One of these names is that of Sikandar Yadavendu.

Patna: There is an uproar across the country after the results of NEET exam came out in Bihar. Candidates are continuously protesting, alleging that the paper has been leaked and rigged. The matter has reached the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, the police have also made several arrests. One of these names is that of Sikandar Yadavendu.

Who is being said to be the mastermind of the solver gang of NEET exam case. News has come that the arrested Sikandar has been suspended. Sikandar was posted in the Municipal Housing Department in Danapur, which was first sent to his parent department Water Resources and then he was suspended in the Water Resources Department.

Know who is Sikandar Yadavendu?

Sikandar Yadavendu is being said to be the kingpin of this entire matter. He is a resident of Samastipur, Bihar. However, this is not the first scam in which he has been caught. He has also gone to jail in another similar scam case. Actually Sikandar was accused of LED scam worth Rs 3 crore. He has also gone to jail in this case.

Sikandar earlier used to work as a contractor in Ranchi. In the year 2012, he passed Bihar SSC exam and became a junior engineer. Both his son and daughter are studying MBBS. His son-in-law is doing PG after MBBS.

Confession of the accused

The accused have confessed that the examination was on May 5 and the paper was leaked on May 4 itself. Rs 30 to 32 lakh were taken from the candidates. The 6 post dated checks recovered by Patna EOU (Economic Offenses Unit) were all issued in the names of mafias. Now EOU is collecting information about account holders. So far, 14 people have been arrested in Bihar in connection with the NEET paper leak case. There are 5 NEET UG candidates in it.
