Patna: Two people were killed when a mob set ablaze some buildings in a village on the outskirts of Bihar’s capital Patna on Sunday, police said, with five people injured and two dead. . The condition of the injured is critical. 7 people including the head of the village have been arrested.. The incident is from Jethuli village of Patna district, where a violent clash took place between two groups over a parking dispute. Heavy deployment of police force has been done in the area.
The injured have been referred to Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH) and Nalanda Medical College and Hospital (NMCH).
City SP of Patna Syed Imran Masood said, 5 people were injured and 2 died in this incident. The condition of the injured is critical. Seven people including the head of the village have been arrested. There are also names of some other people, efforts are on to arrest them.
Patna City SP Masood said, the house of the accused was set on fire, but now the situation has been brought under control. Local people have told about firing in front of SI, if something like this has happened then it is a serious matter. Investigation is being done in this direction.

It has been told in a media report that the person who died in this incident has been identified as Gautam Kumar. Gautam’s uncle Sanjit Kumar told that his nephew was taking out the car from the private parking of his house. People from the other side were unloading ballast on the way. There was a dispute between both the sides regarding this.
Patna’s Senior Superintendent of Police Manavjit Singh Dhillon said, the main accused has been arrested. The situation is under control. The search for other accused is on.
