BJP chief J P Nadda is set to hold meetings with senior Gujarat BJP leaders at the state party headquarters in Gandhinagar on Wednesday, September 21.
Gandhinagar: Gujarat Assembly poll is round the corner. All the political parties have increased their activities in the state to attract voters. At the outset, the BJP is the hot favourite to return to power again in Gujarat. However, uncertainty always looms in politics, like cricket.
The BJP has left no stone unturned. Therefore, party chief J P Nadda is set to hold meetings with senior Gujarat BJP leaders at the state party headquarters in Gandhinagar on Wednesday, September 21, as reported by a local party leader.
Nadda is on a two-day visit to the stronghold of the saffron party in Gujarat on Tuesday for the preparation of the upcoming Gujarat Assembly elections to be held in December this year.
As per the party officials, the BJP president will hold high-level meetings on Wednesday with senior party leaders at the party headquarters, Shree Kamalam, in the state capital of Gandhinagar.
Apart from this Mr Nanda will also address professors at Tagore Hall in Ahmedabad and discuss the ideology of the BJP.
Earlier, Nadda addressed a gathering of the Gujarat BJP’s elected representatives in local urban and panchayat bodies in Rajkot city on Tuesday.
He encouraged the party workers, saying there is no need to worry about the upcoming Assembly polls in Gujarat because the saffron party is the only one which has an ideology.
