BJP leader Vijay Singh died of heart attack, not lathi charge, PM report reveals

The Vidhan Sabha March program was organized by the Bharatiya Janata Party on July. Lathicharge was done to stop this demonstration. During this, Vijay Singh had died. This was confirmed after the post mortem and histopathological report at Patna Medical College Hospital.

Patna: A new revelation has come to light in the death of party leader Vijay Singh in the lathicharge during the demonstration of BJP leaders in Bihar’s Patna. According to the post mortem report, Vijay Singh did not die of lathi charge but of heart attack. This was confirmed after the post-mortem conducted at Patna Medical College Hospital and its histopathological report. According to the report, the deceased leader was suffering from heart disease and had blockage in two of his veins. Let us tell you that on July 13, the Bharatiya Janata Party organized a Vidhan Sabha march program.

Patna administration released post mortem report

Releasing the post-mortem report by the Patna administration, it has also been told that it is clear from the CCTV footage, inquest report, statement of his companion that he did not die in lathicharge during the protest. Patna administration says that Vijay died on July 13, 2023 after fainting between 1.22 pm to 1.27 pm.

Let us inform that earlier, on the basis of CCTV footage, the district administration of Patna had claimed that Singh was not injured in the lathicharge and was far away from the actual spot.

Many BJP leaders were injured

Let us inform that many BJP leaders, MPs and MLAs were injured in this demonstration. On one hand, BJP said that the police lathi-charged them despite the permission, while on the other hand, the Patna police said that the BJP was not allowed to march to the assembly, only the protest was allowed in Patna’s Gandhi Maidan.
