BJP RS MP Satish Chandra Dubey and 4 others injured in road accident in Patna

Patna: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Rajya Sabha MP Satish Chandra Dubey car has met with an accident. Five people including MP Satish Chandra Dubey have been injured in this accident. All have been admitted to a private hospital, where they are undergoing treatment.

However, the MP was not seriously injured. The MP speeding car collided with a truck going ahead on Gandhi Bridge. The condition of the driver and bodyguard in this accident is said to be critical.

According to the information received, MP Satish Chandra was going from Hajipur to Patna Airport on Sunday night to attend the special session of Parliament. His car had just reached pillar number 46 on Mahatma Gandhi Setu when it collided with a truck moving ahead. The collision was so strong that the car was blown to pieces. The front part of the car was completely shattered.

Five people including the MP were injured in this. After getting information about the incident, police reached the spot. With the help of people passing by, the police admitted all the injured to a nearby hospital. The condition of the bodyguard sitting in front along with the driver in the car is critical.

Patna SSP has confirmed the incident. SSP Rajiv Mishra said that MP Satish Chandra Dubey’s car met with an accident on Mahatma Gandhi Setu. Five people including the MP are injured. He is undergoing treatment. The condition of two people is said to be serious.
