BJP suspends 7 Leaders for filing nomination as independent candidates after being denied tickets

Gujarat: BJP has taken major action against rebel leaders. On Sunday, The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) suspended seven of its leaders for filing nomination as independent candidates after they were not given tickets to contest the upcoming Gujarat Assembly elections.

Gujarat: BJP has taken major action against rebel leaders. On Sunday, The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) suspended seven of its leaders for filing nomination as independent candidates after they were not given tickets to contest the upcoming Gujarat Assembly elections.

These leaders have filed independent nominations for not getting tickets from the party. Madhu Srivastava, Arvind Ladani, Dinu Patel, Harshad Vasava and Dhawal Singh Jhala are the names of 7 people among the leaders who were expelled from the party. The state president has shown him the way out for working against the party.

Many BJP leaders have filed independent nominations for not getting tickets from the party. Many MLAs and former MLAs are also included in these. Arvind Ladani, who was expelled from the party, had also filed an independent nomination. Even after persuading the state president, he has not withdrawn his nomination. When Madhu Srivastava, who was a 6-time MLA from Waghodia on a BJP ticket, did not get the ticket, he also jumped into the independent field.

Addressing the rally, PM Modi said that this time the record has to be broken in Gujarat. BJP has to win at every polling booth. Modi said that he wants Bhupendra to break Narendra’s record.

The first phase of polling will be held on December 1 and the second phase on December 5. After this, the result of the election will come on December 8. The election results of Himachal Pradesh are also to be announced on the same day. With the announcement of elections, the notification has come into force in Gujarat. Candidates can file nominations till November 14 and the last date for withdrawal of nominations is November 17.
