World Champion Indian Team Returned to India: After winning the title of T20 World Cup 2024, the Indian Cricket Team has finally reached India from Barbados. Team India has landed in Delhi after a 16-hour long flight from Barbados. Air India’s AIC24WC chartered flight brought the champion Team India to India. On the team’s return, the fans present at Delhi airport gave them a warm welcome.
After landing at Delhi airport, Team India left for the hotel. Many players including Virat Kohli and coach Rahul Dravid were seen leaving the airport and boarding the team bus. After this, Team India has now reached ITC Maurya Hotel from the airport. Special preparations had already been made for the team in the hotel. The hotel’s executive chef Shivneet Pahoja had made a special cake for Team India. This cake is in the color of the team’s jersey. Its highlight is the T-20 trophy. It looks like a real trophy. After Team India reached the hotel, great enthusiasm was seen among all the players.
Team India players who reached Delhi will rest at ITC Maurya Hotel. After this, captain Rohit Sharma and other players are going to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The meeting with PM Modi may take place between 10 and 12 noon. After this meeting, the team will leave for Mumbai, where Team India players will take part in the victory parade in an open bus from Nariman Point to Wankhede Stadium. This parade will be of about 1 kilometer. After this, BCCI will also give prize money of Rs 125 crore to the players of the team.
