Bhagat Singh, a revolutionary

Bhagat Singh was a charismatic Indian revolutionary who by mistake murdered a junior British police officer in what was to be retaliation for the death of an Indian nationalist. After that, he was responsible for the bombing of the Central Legislative Assembly in Delhi and took part in a hunger strike in jail. Bhagat Singh was executed at the age of 23 in 1931.
