Most mail/express services from Chennai Central expected to be fully operational in all directions from Friday. Suburban services across Chennai Suburban Terminal – Arakkonam – Tiruttani and Chennai Beach – Tambaram – Chengalpattu have been restored to normalcy since December 6.
