Raipur: A major accident took place in Malgaon of Chhattisgarh on Thursday. Here 7 people died due to mine collapse. Administration teams are engaged in rescue operations to evacuate the villagers trapped in the mine. It has been told that dozens of villagers are still trapped in it.
According to sources, a 14-year-old girl is among the two injured. The treatment of the injured is going on in the nearest hospital, while the condition of both is said to be very serious. Some more people are feared to be buried under the debris. The police are searching for the buried people by removing the debris.

CM Bhupesh Baghel expressed grief
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has expressed grief over the incident in the mine in Malgaon. He tweeted and wrote, ‘The news of the tragic death of 6 laborers has been received during an accident in a mine in Malgaon, Jagdalpur. May God give peace to the souls of the departed laborers and courage to their families. Also, I wish speedy recovery of the injured. It is a prayer that other trapped people come out safely.
