Chhindwara Mass Murder: In Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, a man killed 8 people of his own family with an axe. After this the murderer committed suicide by hanging himself. SP Manish Khatri has confirmed the death of 8 people of the family.
According to the information, this incident took place in village Bodalakchhar under Mahuljhir police station of tribal dominated area situated in the last border of Chhindwara, where 8 people in a tribal family were mass murdered. The son of the family is accused of murder, whose body was found hanging from a tree near a drain, 100 meters away from the village. It is being told that the accused was mentally ill and after trying everything, he committed suicide.
According to sources, those killed in the mass murder include eight members of his family including the accused’s parents, wife, child and brother. The incident happened around 3 o’clock in the night. A child is injured in this incident. On receiving information about the incident, a large number of police reached the spot. The entire village has been sealed. People are being questioned regarding the incident. Detailed information is awaited.
