Tokyo: Here is the shocking news: former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe died after being shot while campaigning.

The entire world is in grief after the shocking attack on former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. Top leaders of the world are sending their wishes for his speedy recovery. Not only the Japanese, but people across the world are praying for his well-being.

Japan has a strained relationship with its neighbour, China. It seems humanity has evaporated because when the news of Abe’s shooting spread like wildfire, some Chinese people started a celebration and have dubbed the attacker a hero. It is shocking.

Abe’s assassination bid during his campaign speech in Western Japan rocked the entire world. At that time, some Chinese on Weibo started sending him death wishes. The post was shared on social media.

Abe was airlifted to a hospital after the shooting incident, where his treatment has been going on. Doctors are trying their best to revive him, but his heart has not functioned properly, confirmed by officials on Friday morning.

Local fire department official Makoto Morimoto said Abe was in cardio and pulmonary arrest after being shot and was taken to a prefectural hospital.

Chief Cabinet Secretary Hirokazu Matsuno said that police had arrested the alleged culprit on the spot. He further added that this type of barbaric act is not forgivable and that we condemn it strongly.

He was busy talking outside of a train station in Western Nara, regarding the election campaign, which is to be held on July 10, 2022.
