Kejriwal will Surrender today: Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal will surrender in Tihar Jail on Sunday afternoon, after surrendering before the authorities, Kejriwal will be sent to jail. At the same time, before surrendering, the Delhi CM will pay tribute to Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat and go to Hanuman Temple at Connaught Place for darshan. He has given this information through his social media post.

CM Arvind Kejriwal wrote in his ex-post on Sunday, ‘On the orders of the Honorable Supreme Court, I came out for election campaign for 21 days. Many thanks to the Honorable Supreme Court. Today I will go to Tihar and surrender. I will leave home at 3 pm. First I will go to Rajghat and pay homage to Mahatma Gandhi.

From there I will go to Hanuman temple located at Connaught Place to seek blessings of Hanuman ji. After that, I will go to the party office from there and meet all the workers and party leaders. From there I will again leave for Tihar.’ He further wrote, ‘All of you take care of yourselves. I will be worried about all of you in jail. If you are happy then your Kejriwal will also be happy in jail. Jai Hind.’

It is noteworthy that the Supreme Court has allowed Kejriwal, arrested in the money laundering case related to the alleged Delhi Liquor Policy Scam, to campaign in the Lok Sabha elections. An interim bail of 21 days was granted on the order, which expired on June 1. Kejriwal was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on March 21. He got bail on May 10 after 55 days and came out of Tihar Jail.
