CM Yogi Adityanath Unveils Rs4,000 Crore Development Package for Prayagraj

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is set to introduce a comprehensive development package worth ₹4,000 crore to Prayagraj during his upcoming visit on Monday. These projects are focused on enhancing infrastructure, beautification, and tourism in the Sangam City.

During his brief visit to attend a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) event at Soraon Block, CM Yogi will inaugurate projects amounting to ₹3,500 crore. The projects cover a wide array of areas including those related to Jal Nigam, Bridge Corporation, PWD, and irrigation, totaling 74 initiatives from various government departments.

Preparations have been made by officials for the inauguration of these diverse projects, with the list meticulously curated for the CM’s visit. The event is anticipated to last 2 to 3 hours, with foundation stone laying ceremonies and inaugurations forming a significant part of the schedule.

The initiatives being introduced encompass 290 projects worth ₹2,900 crore by Jal Nigam, six projects worth ₹3 crore, five projects totaling ₹446 crore by Bridge Corporation, along with 16 projects amounting to ₹35 crore by PWD. Additionally, the construction unit has contributed 15 projects worth ₹34 crores, complemented by numerous other ventures under the irrigation department.

CM Yogi Adityanath’s visit marks a significant milestone in Prayagraj’s developmental journey, symbolizing the government’s dedication to enhancing the city’s infrastructure and overall appeal.
