Mumbai: Raju Srivastav, who made everyone laugh with his funny jokes, has left this world saying goodbye. On September 21, Raju Srivastava breathed his last at around 10:20 am. His funeral took place in Delhi’s Nigam Bodh Ghat. The mortal remains were brought in an ambulance decorated with white flowers. The body of Raju Srivastava was kept at his brother’s house in Dashrathpuri. Where many artists had arrived to pay their last respects.

Raju Srivastava had a heart attack on August 10 while working out. After which he was admitted to AIIMS Hospital in Delhi. Where he had angioplasty on the same day. Raju Srivastava’s health had improved slightly but he did not regain consciousness for a long time. Raju Srivastava lost the battle between life and death for 42 days. There is a wave of mourning in the industry due to the departure of Raju Srivastava.

Raju Srivastava’s wife Shikha after the death news was out. She shared that Raju was truly a fighter and mentioned that she was hoping for her husband to come back. “I am not able to talk right now. What can I share or say now? He fought very hard, I was really hoping and praying to see him come out of this. But, that has not happened. All I can say is that he was a true fighter,” she told the news portal.

The post-mortem of Raju Srivastava’s body has been done with new technology. Virtual post-mortem of his dead body was done.
