New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has changed his Twitter bio. He has written himself “Unqualified MP” in his Twitter bio. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was disqualified from the Lok Sabha on Friday (March 24), a day after he was sentenced to two years in jail in a defamation case over his 'Modi surname' comment in 2019.

New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has changed his Twitter bio. He has written himself “Unqualified MP” in his Twitter bio. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was disqualified from the Lok Sabha on Friday, a day after he was sentenced to two years in jail in a defamation case over his ‘Modi surname’ comment in 2019.Against this, Congress party leaders and workers are conducting a one-day satyagraha in front of the statues of Mahatma Gandhi, today.

Let us know that this satyagraha will last till 5 pm. Section 144 has been imposed by Delhi Police in this regard in Rajghat and its surrounding areas. It has been clarified by the Delhi Police that the Congress party has not been given permission to hold any kind of protest.

Delhi Police said that this decision has been taken in view of maintaining law and order. Let us tell you that many big leaders of Congress participated in this protest. On this issue, Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh said that this is not only a legal issue but also a serious political issue, which is related to the future of democracy. We will fight this battle legally.

Rahul Gandhi’s membership in Parliament was terminated after he was convicted in a defamation case. On this he said that I will continue to fight for democracy. I will continue to question the government in the Adani case, even if I am sent to jail. Let us know that a press conference was held by Rahul Gandhi on Saturday. In this press conference, he spoke openly on the issue of rejection of membership of Parliament and Adani and said that I will continue to speak.
