Congress Manifesto 2022: Congress releases manifesto for Himachal Pradesh, gives these 10 guarantees including Jobs for youth, free power

Shimla: On Saturday, The Congress has released its manifesto for the Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections. Congress has said in the manifesto that in the first cabinet meeting, work will be done to provide employment to 1 lakh people. Congress has promised to give 1500 rupees every month to women. Congress said that if the government is formed, it will work again on the old pension scheme (OPS).

Shimla: On Saturday, The Congress has released its manifesto for the Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections. Congress has said in the manifesto that in the first cabinet meeting, work will be done to provide employment to 1 lakh people. Congress has promised to give 1500 rupees every month to women. Congress said that if the government is formed, it will work again on the old pension scheme (OPS).

Congress has promised 10 guarantees including implementation of OPS to the public, 300 units of free electricity and purchase of cow dung at Rs 2 per kg. Along with this, the Congress said that the price of the fruits will be decided by the gardeners. Has promised to create a start up fund of Rs 680 crore for the youth.

Congress has talked about opening 4 English medium schools in every assembly in its manifesto. Along with this, the announcement has been made in the manifesto to withdraw the rule of 4-year army service if the government is formed at the center. Along with this, the Congress government will constitute the Agriculture and Horticulture Commission, in which farmers and gardeners will be given adequate representation.

Along with this, free treatment facility will be available in every village through mobile vans. The cattle owners have been promised to procure 10 liters of milk daily. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel was also present on this occasion.

CM Baghel said that when he started the work of procuring paddy at Rs 2500 per quintal, the BJP government at the Center worked to create obstacles in it. The central government said that if you buy paddy at such an expensive price, then FCI will not buy paddy in Chhattisgarh. For this we started Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana and worked to give a fixed amount per acre to the farmers. Due to this, now the price of paddy is getting more than Rs 2600 a quintal.

AICC in-charge for Himachal Rajeev Shukla, former PCC chief Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu and AICC secretaries Tejinder Pal Bittu and Manish Chatrath were also present at the release of the party’s election manifesto. The party’s election manifesto committee chairman Dhani Ram Shandil said the BJP did not live up to the expectations of the people and did not fulfill the promises made five years ago. Shandil said that this is not just an election manifesto but a document prepared for the development and welfare of the people of Himachal Pradesh. Congress is relying on anti-incumbency wave and urging voters not to re-elect BJP in the state.
