Supposedly, there has been several crores invested in this project and the land of the farmers has been acquired by the OP chains and taking note of this the court has made it clear that till the time the plea of the farmers will be heard there will not be any kind of development done in this project.

Earlier, there has been conflict regarding the ownership of the land between OP chains and farmers, court after listening both parties i.e OP chains and farmers came to conclusion that there will not be any work done in the disputed area till the next hearing.

Until and unless this dispute gets clear, there will not be any kind of work done on this disputed land and there will be further problems for the investors who are putting their money in this project as there are large number of people who are associated with this and so in order to make sure nothing controversial happens in future the stay has been imposed.
