Thiruvananthapuram: It is stated that in the early hours of Saturday, stones were thrown at the office of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
Unknown people attacked the CPI office around 2 am in the wee hours. According to the police, the party office was stoned by six men who were on motorcycles. So far, no injuries have been reported during the incident.
When the stone pelting incident occurred, there were two police personnel on duty. It hasn’t confirmed who was responsible for this crime. Needles of doubt have been swinging from one organisation to another. But the guilty party has not been identified yet. The CPI (M) has alleged that the RSS was behind the attack.
As per the report of a news agency, party leader Anavoor Nagappan allegedly said the role of the BJP behind the attack can’t be ruled out.
The BJP is silent in response to the allegations.
