New Delhi: Swati Maliwal, chairperson of the Delhi Commission for Women, has accused her of molestation. It is alleged that the man dragged her for about 15 meters from the car. The incident took place on the opposite side of Gate No. 2 of AIIMS at around 3.11 am on Thursday. After this, Swati Maliwal made a written complaint to the police. The accused Harish Chandra, 47, a resident of Sangam Vihar, has been arrested. At the same time, his car has also been seized.

Swati Maliwal gave this information by tweeting. She said, “Late last night I was inspecting the situation of women’s safety in Delhi. A drunk driver molested me and when I caught him, he dragged me by locking my hand in the mirror of the car. God bless.” Saved. If the chairperson of the Women’s Commission is not safe in Delhi, then imagine the situation.”

Swati Maliwal told the police that a Baleno car rider who was drunk asked her to sit in his car. When I refused, the accused left, but again took a U-turn and came back through the service lane.

The man again asked Swati to sit in the car. Swati refused and she went towards the driver’s seat to hold the accused and put her hand through the window. Meanwhile, the accused closed the glass, due to which Swati’s hand got stuck and the accused dragged her for 15 meters.
