DDA Housing Scheme 2023: Registration Begins Today for 32,000 Flats – Here Are the Details

DDA Housing Scheme 2023: Registration Begins Today for 32,000 Flats – Here Are the Details

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has introduced its ‘Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023,’ offering 32,000 newly constructed flats, including luxurious penthouses, in Dwarka, Loknayakpuram, and Narela. The scheme, open for registration starting today, adopts a first-come-first-serve approach for interested buyers.

The flats span various categories, accommodating super high-income group (SHIG), high-income group (HIG), middle-income group (MIG), low-income group (LIG), and economically weaker section (EWS). Notably, this scheme includes the debut of over 1,100 luxury flats, featuring penthouses and HIG residences, in Dwarka Sector 19B, with captivating views of the Golf Course.

The prices for the flats in different categories are as follows:

EWS flats start from ₹11.5 lakh
LIG flats from ₹23 lakh
MIG flats from ₹1 crore
HIG flats from ₹1.4 crore
Super HIG flats from ₹2.5 crore
Penthouses from ₹5 crore onwards

Applicants can apply online through the DDA website,

dda.gov.in/eservices.dda.org.in, with a nominal registration fee. The luxury flats, along with some MIG flats in Dwarka Sector 14 and Loknayakpuram, will be available through e-auction. Additionally, EWS flats in Dwarka Sector 19B, LIG flats, and EWS flats in Dwarka Sector 14, along with flats in Loknayakpuram and Narela, will follow the First Come First Serve (FCFS) mode.

Presently, 24,000 flats are ready for occupancy, with the remaining 8,500 expected to be completed in the next six months, as per reports.

Application Process:

1.Visit the official DDA website at dda.gov.in.
2. Create login credentials by providing PAN and other necessary details.
3. Log in using the created credentials.
4. Register for the scheme on the website.
