Deadly Heat in Jalore, Mercury crosses 47 degrees, Army Soldier Dies in Bikaner

The heat in Rajasthan has now become deadly. A soldier resident of Bhiwani died due to deteriorating health during a war exercise in Bikaner on Thursday. At the same time, the temperature in Jalore reached 47.3 degrees. Due to this heat and related problems, four people have lost their lives. According to government data, so far eight people have lost their lives due to heat in Rajasthan.

It seems as if fire is raining from the sky at 10 o’clock in the morning in Bikaner district. The situation has become dire in rural areas. An army soldier died on Thursday due to heat and heat. Bhiwani Haryana resident Jawan Sandeep Kumar’s health deteriorated during combat exercises at the Mahajan Field Firing Range in Bikaner. The jawan was taken to Mahajan CHC for treatment. From where he was referred to Suratgarh. The soldier died during treatment in Suratgarh Hospital. At present the family members of the soldier have been informed.

On the other hand, the maximum temperature recorded in Jalore on Thursday was 47.3 degrees Celsius. Information about the death of four people has come to light in the district. For the last four days, the day temperature in Jalore has been recording more than 47 degrees. Due to the scorching heat, four people including a woman have died so far in Jalore. Two people were brought to the hospital in an unconscious state from Jalore Railway Station, who died. Surajdan son of Vishnu Dan, resident of Narpada Village, had reached Jalore by train at Jalore railway station. After getting off the train, he fell down due to dizziness at the station itself. People took him to the hospital by ambulance where he died during treatment. The second youth was identified as Sohanram, a resident of Gujarat, who works in Jalore. He suddenly fell unconscious at the railway station.

Kamla Devi, wife of Lumbaram Garg, resident of Safra, located on Keshwana Road, near Jalore, suddenly fell ill while doing household work. She fell unconscious and was taken to the general hospital by her family members. Where the doctor declared him dead after examination. Popatlal son of Ukaram Prajapat of government village of Ahor subdivision area died. In view of the scorching heat in the district, the district administration has issued an advisory of heat wave. There is a possibility of temperature remaining above 47 degrees till May 26. The general public has been advised to minimize stepping out of their homes and consume more beverages. Water has also been sprinkled on the roads by tankers and fire engines in the city council and municipality areas in the district.
