New Delhi: Bollywood’s dimple girl Deepika Padukone’s film ‘Pathaan’ is rocking the box office these days. The actress, who created new records with ‘Pathaan’, is all set to treat her fans with another film soon. In fact, today on the occasion of Mahashivratri, the stars shared a brand new poster of the film along with the the announcement of the film’s release date. Sharing the poster, which has silhouette shots, Deepika Padukone wrote in her caption: “12.1.2024 Project K. Happy Mahashivratri.” See the post shared by Deepika Padukone here:
On Deepika Padukone’s birthday last month, the makers shared a glimpse of her look from the film on social media. “Here’s wishing our Deepika Padukone a very happy birthday. #ProjectK #HBDDeepikaPadukone,” read the caption on the post shared by Vyjayanthi Movies.
The pre-production of the film took a long time as Vishwa Nag Ashwin created the need for specially built vehicles for filming. A popular automobile manufacturer also responded to the director’s appeal on social media. The working title of the project is the film which has been dubbed Pan-world and not Tollywood by Nag Ashwin. As this is his next film after the Savitri biopic Mahanati, expectations are sky high on this project.
Now with Bollywood stars on-board, the expectations have increased even more. The film is being shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi and will release worldwide on 12 January 2024 in multiple languages.
In terms of work, the actress was last seen in the smash hit Pathaan. She will also be seen in Siddharth Anand’s film Fighter, alongside Hrithik Roshan. The actress recently made a cameo appearance in the song Current Laga Re, alongside husband Ranveer Singh in his film Cirkus. She will also be Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, the filmmaker announced recently.
