The president of Mongolia presented Rajnath Singh with a magnificent horse on Wednesday. This gift comes seven years after Prime Minister Narendra Modi was given a similar kind of gift from the leadership of this country.

Excellent meeting with the President of Mongolia, H.E. U. Khurelsukh In Ulaanbaatar, he recalled our last meeting in 2018, when he was the nation’s prime minister. In a tweet, he stated, “We are totally dedicated to further deepening our comprehensive strategic partnership with Mongolia.”
On Tuesday, Singh met with Mongolian President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh and reviewed the strategic bilateral ties.
When PM Modi visited Mongolia on his historic tour of this country in 2015, he received a special gift as well: a brown racehorse from then Mongolian president Chimed Saikhanbileg .
Aiming to strengthen India’s strategic and defence ties with Mongolia and Japan in the backdrop of a shifting regional security matrix and geo-political unrest, Defence Minister Raknath Singh has been on a five days tour of Mongolia and Japan from Monday.
Singh’s visit to Mongolia started from September 5 to 7.
