Delhi Commission for Women Chairperson Swati Maliwal said, “A very serious case of gang-rape of an 11-year-old girl student has been found in front of us inside a Delhi school. The girl alleges that her school teacher tried to suppress the matter. It is very unfortunate that even schools in the capital are unsafe for children. Strict action should be taken in the matter. Also, the role of school authorities on this issue should also be probed.”
