New Delhi: On Monday morning, 21 cars were gutted in a fire at a multi-storey parking lot in Delhi’s Subhash Nagar area. Fire service officials gave this information. The exact cause of the fire could not be ascertained. A senior police officer referred to a person who can be seen in the CCTV footage posing suspiciously at the parking lot. The officer said the suspect has been identified.

Officials said that several teams have been formed to find out the exact cause of the incident. The investigation is on. Fire officials said the fire was reported around 4 am and six fire tenders were rushed to the spot. A senior fire service official said the blaze was brought under control by around 6.10 am and no casualty was reported.
