Delhi: Air quality in the national capital reaches to ‘very poor’ category; AQI over 400

The weather remained dry in Delhi on Thursday. The minimum temperature was recorded 2 15 degrees Celsius below normal and the maximum temperature was 31.9 degrees Celsius above normal.

New Delhi: Along with winter, the effect of fog and haze has started increasing gradually in Delhi-NCR. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that the weather will be softer in the coming days, due to which the feeling of winter will increase. According to the Meteorological Department, there will be no major change in the weather in Delhi till November 2 and the weather will remain clear. During this, the maximum temperature will be between 30 to 32 degree Celsius and the minimum temperature will be between 14 to 16 degree Celsius.

According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain dry in Delhi on Friday as well and there will be a slight delay in the day. Also, the maximum temperature is expected to be 32 degrees and the minimum temperature is 15 degrees Celsius. Earlier on Thursday also the weather remained dry in Delhi. The minimum temperature was recorded 2 15 degrees Celsius below normal and the maximum temperature was 31.9 degrees Celsius above normal. The weather in Noida and Gurugram will remain the same as in Delhi.

How will the weather be in Delhi, Noida and Gurugram on Friday?

– On Thursday, the minimum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 15 degrees Celsius, 2 below normal and the maximum temperature was 31.9 degrees Celsius above normal.

-The humidity level in the air was 38 to 84 percent.

-On Friday, the maximum temperature in Delhi is expected to be 32 and the minimum temperature is 15 degree Celsius. The weather will be clear and the sun will come out.

-The maximum temperature in Noida is expected to be 32.5 and the minimum temperature is 23 degree Celsius. The sky will be clear and the sun will come out.

– The maximum temperature in Gurugram is 32 and the minimum temperature is likely to be 16 degree Celsius. The weather here will be similar to Delhi and Noida.

The air quality in Delhi-NCR is deteriorating and it has reached the ‘very poor to severe’ category. The increasing air pollution is making it difficult to breathe. According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the Air Quality Index (AQI) at ITO in Delhi has been recorded at 348 in the ‘very poor’ category on Friday morning.

On the other hand, Delhi’s Anand Vihar recorded 437 AQI in ‘severe’ category, 365 in ‘very poor’ category in Noida and 355 in ‘very poor’ category in Gurugram. The AQI is defined as ‘good’ between zero and 50, ‘satisfactory’ between 51 and 100, ‘moderate’ between 101 and 200, ‘poor’ between 201 and 300, ‘very poor’ between 301 and 400. ‘ and between 401 and 500 are considered in the ‘severe’ range.
