New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has made a big announcement regarding education by holding a press conference today. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that today we are starting India’s first virtual school ‘Delhi Model Virtual School’ under the Delhi Board of School Education.
The application for class 9 enrollment is being started from today. Students from all over the country can apply for this. Kejriwal told that the virtual school will be recognized by the Delhi Board of School Education and children will also be prepared for JEE-NEET. CM Kejriwal said, “Today we are going to start the country’s first virtual school. A year ago, the Aam Aadmi Party government had announced that we would build virtual schools in Delhi.
He said, “There are many children who do not go to school. There are no schools in the village or are far away or the girls are not taught by their relatives, because they do not want to send the girls out or the children who are engaged in work since childhood, started this virtual school for all such children. Has gone.”
Kejriwal said, “There used to be virtual classes at the time of Corona, taking inspiration from that virtual school has been started. Although children must go to physical school, but education should reach those who cannot go to school, so this childhood school has been made. In this, all the classes will be online, whether you can attend live or can watch the recording.
Kejriwal said, “The name of this school is ‘Delhi Model Virtual School’. This school will be from 9th to 12th, but now applications will be invited from 9th only. In this, any child from all over the country can apply on www.DMVS.ac.in.
CM Kejriwal said, “A child of 13 to 18 years, who has done class VIII from any school, can apply. Apart from studying in this school, preparation for the competition exam will also be done.
Apart from this, children will also get many facilities. He said, “This will prove to be a revolutionary step in the field of education. I hope that in the coming times every child of our country will get the best education.”
