New Delhi: The incident of gangrape with a class five girl student has come to light inside the Delhi Municipal Corporation’s school in Ghazipur area of the capital Delhi. The peon of the school made the girl student unconscious by giving her intoxicant and along with three outsiders carried out the incident. On the complaint of the school principal, Ghazipur police station has registered a case under several sections including gangrape, kidnapping, POCSO.
Accused peon Ajay, 54, has been arrested. Police is raiding in search of other accused, MCD officials have suspended the peon.
The victim’s family lives in Ghazipur police station area. The victim has parents and elder brother in her family. The 10-year-old victim studies in the fifth grade of a corporation school in the area. Police sources said that on March 14, the victim had her last school exam. She was absent in it. The class teacher called the parents, the victim’s brother picked up the phone and told that the school peon along with his colleagues had gang-raped her sister. His sister is very scared. There was a stir in the school as soon as the incident was reported.
The principal and teacher of the school met the victim’s family and inquired about the incident. The victim’s family refused to go to the police. The family has gone to an undisclosed location. After which the principal reported the incident in writing to the police at Ghazipur police station on March 22. Told that the peon has carried out the incident of gang rape with his colleagues at an unknown place in the school. The police have registered a case on that complaint and arrested the peon.
Police contacted the victim and got her admitted to LBS hospital. The accused was working as a peon in the corporation school for the last ten years. No case has already been registered against him, in this case the police is searching for the rest of the accused.
