New Delhi: A sudden fire broke out in a factory in industrial area Bawana on Monday night. The fire started in the basement and spread to the upper floors. The magnitude of the fire can be gauged from the fact that even after five and a half hours the fire could not be controlled.

In addition to 15 fire engines to extinguish the fire, Narela Fire Station has just deployed the Bronto Sky Lift vehicle to extinguish the fire in multi-storey buildings.

The control room of the fire department received information about the fire in the factory located in Sector-3 of Bawana on Monday night. After this, vehicles were called from nearby fire stations including Bawana, Narela, Alipur to control the fire, but the fire continued to spread.

The department says that the help of Bronto sky lift vehicle is also being taken to extinguish the fire. Information about the cause of the fire has not been received yet. It is being told that the fire started from the basement, after which the entire factory was engulfed.
