New Delhi: Three people were injured and a man who tried to pacify them died on Monday during a fight over a property dispute, with police suspecting heart failure as the cause of his death.
The police officer said that the incident happened at Panchsheel Vihar in Malviya Nagar of south Delhi.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (South) Chandan Chowdhary said that during investigation, it was found that an argument on property distribution broke out between the children of Ismat Ali who has two wives.
The DCP also said that Akki, who was driving the scooter, got down and tried to pacify them. He added that during the fight three people were injured and Akki suddenly collapsed.
According to the police, prime investigation revealed that there was no injury mark on Akki’s body due to assault. It is suspected that he died of cardiac arrest. The DCP said, the exact cause of his death will be revealed after the post mortem report comes.
