New Delhi: The speed of Corona is not stopping in Delhi, the capital of the country. More than 1,500 new cases of Corona were reported in Delhi on Saturday. Currently, the positivity rate in the national capital is 26.46% and the number of active patients has also crossed 6,200.
According to the data released by the health department, 1,515 new cases of corona were reported in Delhi in the last 24 hours and during this time 6 patients died due to this deadly virus. There are currently 6,271 active patients of Covid in Delhi.
According to government data, the number of people infected with Covid-19 in Delhi has increased to 20,32,424 so far. At the same time, the total number of dead has increased to 26,595. Out of the total 7,974 beds of the hospital available for Covid patients in the city, 385 patients are currently admitted.
On the other hand, 850 new cases of Corona were reported in Maharashtra on Saturday, while four more patients died of the infection. A bulletin issued by the health department said that the total number of infected in the state rose to 81,61,349 after the new cases were reported, while the total death toll rose to 1,48,502 after four people succumbed to the infection. At present, the number of patients under treatment for Covid-19 in the state is 6,167.
More than 12 thousand new cases of Corona were reported in the country on Saturday. According to the data released by the Ministry of Health, 12,193 new cases of Corona have been reported in India in the last 24 hours and with this the number of active patients has increased to 67,556. Along with this, 42 people lost their lives due to infection and the number of dead increased to 5,31,300.
