In Delhi their are almost 6,750 buses(DTC and Cluster) in which daily almost 49  lakh passengers travel.So what can better information for delhiites and for local passengers,who travel from Delhi transport corporation and cluster buses is this, that they are getting 10% discount if they buy tickets from “One Delhi”app.

After the approval from Delhi government the decision has taken to offer 10% discount on bus tickets.

Moreover e-ticketing and details about DTC and cluster buses, the app additionally presents details about the closest obtainable electrical automobile (EV) charging stations. The data is offered in each English and Hindi languages.

Kailash Gahlot (Delhi transport minister)hailed his decision as a“welcome step, especially in the middle of the ongoing (COVID-19) pandemic, to reduce spread through surface contact”.

At current, Delhi has a mixed fleet measurement (DTC and cluster) of 6,750 buses, and witnesses a mean day by day ridership of 49 lakh passengers.

“This move is also taken to save the revenue on storage,manpower,printing and the mechanism of data storage. The department also envisages app-based ticketing to help in the generation of better passenger on boarding data that can be analysed to rationalise routes and better services for the passengers.”
