New Delhi: In a horrific incident, The bodies of mother and two daughters have been found inside a flat in Vasant Vihar, Delhi. In which they turned their flat into a gas chamber. A suicide note was also found in the room. The head of the family died of Corona last year. Because of this the family was in depression. Mass suicide is being suspected behind the incident. The police are involved in the investigation of the matter.

Police said that around 9 pm on Saturday night, through a PCR call, information was received that house number 207 of Vasant Apartment is locked from inside. No one is opening the door from inside even after knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell. After this, SHO Vasant Vihar reached the spot with his team. The doors and windows of the flat were closed from all sides. When the police somehow entered by opening the main door, the bodies of three women were found inside.

Turned house into gas chamber
According to the suicide note found from the house, the mother and both the daughters had made a gas chamber in the house to commit suicide. He packed the house completely. The windows in the house were covered with polythene. Along with this, the skylight outside the house, the window with ventilation was also packed and the fire was lit in the house. Apart from this, the gas cylinder of the house was opened. In this way, the mother and daughters committed suicide by making a gas chamber in the house.

When police entered the flat, they found the three bodies in one bedroom, the coal fire burning beside them.

In one of the suicide notes, there were clear instructions to anyone who enters the flat that they should not light a match as that could spark a fire.

“Too much deadly gas… carbon monoxide inside. It’s flammable. Please ventilate the room by opening the window and opening the fan. Do not light match, candle or anything!! Be careful while removing the curtain because room is full of hazardous gas. Do not inhale,” the chilling suicide note in English read.

The woman has been identified as Manju and her daughters Anshika and Anku.
